Shipping Time and Rules

  • Product shipping time is affected by inventory; please refer to the estimated shipping time displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. If an order contains multiple items, the shipping time will depend on the item with the longest estimated shipping time.
  • Since an order will not be split into multiple packages and shipped separately before the estimated shipping time, if you have special requirements for the delivery time, it is recommended to place separate orders (the handling method for packaged products is the same as for orders of multiple items, and they will not be split for shipment).
  • Orders will be shipped before the estimated shipping time, and delivery time depends on the courier’s delivery schedule.

  1. If the country of your order does not match the country of your recipient, you will not be able to make changes. Please select the page that matches the country of your recipient and place your order again.
  2. If an address change request is submitted after the order package has been shipped, there is no guarantee that the change will be successful, and the customer will be responsible for any risks and costs arising from the address change.

YayLion will not be liable for delays or returns caused by the following reasons:

  1. Delivery delays may occur due to remoteness or inconvenient transportation in some areas;
  2. Packages delayed or undeliverable due to reasons attributable to the buyer (such as changing the delivery address, incomplete address, incorrect address, inability to contact the buyer, refusal to accept delivery, lack of designated recipient, etc.);
  3. Delays caused by air security checks preventing normal flight loading or requiring rerouting by land transportation;
  4. Delivery delays caused by delivery obstacles (such as delivery personnel not being allowed to enter the recipient address, or delivery not being accepted on rest days/public holidays);
  5. Delays caused by force majeure (“force majeure” refers to unforeseen, unavoidable or insurmountable objective circumstances and other objective circumstances that affect delivery time and cause delays in package delivery, including but not limited to national or regional air or ground transportation system control or interruption, communication system interference or failure, government actions, changes in postal authority policies, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, heavy rain, heavy fog and other similar events).

Inspection and signing

YayLion guarantees that the outer packaging of the goods will be intact when shipped. To protect your rights, we suggest that you check the outer packaging of the package upon receipt. If you find any damage or deformation, please do not open the package and contact customer service immediately for a solution. If you find that the outer packaging is seriously damaged, please refuse to accept the package on the spot.

If you have signed for the package or someone else has signed for it on your behalf, it is considered that the outer packaging, quantity, and contents of the goods are correct. To protect your rights, we strongly recommend that you record a complete unboxing video and confirm that you have received all items according to the packing list. If you find any missing or damaged items after opening the package, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can resolve the issue for you quickly.

  • How can I check my order status after purchasing a product as a guest? Once an order is generated, the system will automatically register a YayLion account for you. The account username is your order email address. Please reset your password via the following link and log in to your YayLion account to check the order status. ( Forgot Password )
  • How can I modify my order after submission (but before shipment)? Please provide valid proof (YayLion account, product information, recipient information, and proof of payment, etc.). Customer service will verify your identity as the buyer before modifying the recipient information and shipping address. However, the country, product quantity, type, and color cannot be modified. If you need to modify these details, please cancel the order first and then place a new order.
  • How do I cancel my order after submission (before shipment)? 1) If your order has not yet shipped, you can log in to your YayLion account and click the cancellation button in the upper right corner of the order page under ” My Orders ” to cancel, or contact online customer service for assistance.
    2) If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, please contact customer service to apply for a return.
  • Are shipping fees charged for duplicate deliveries, refused deliveries, and no-reason returns? 1) If the logistics company fails to deliver multiple times due to the recipient’s personal reasons, the recipient will be responsible for any additional duplicate delivery fees.
    2) If an order is cancelled or refused after the package has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund confirmation.
    3) For customers using the no-reason return service, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund confirmation.
  • Under what circumstances will YayLion unilaterally cancel an order? YayLion Mall only sells goods and services to end users. Your purchases must be based on genuine consumer needs, and you must not engage in malicious buying, reselling, or other behaviors that disrupt normal transaction order. If any of the following violations occur, YayLion Mall has the right to unilaterally cancel the order and issue a refund via the original payment method before the goods have been shipped or signed for:
    1) Ordering products exceeding the purchase limit through the same YayLion account;
    2) A single account does not violate the purchase limit, but based on the order’s financial payment account, shipping address, order IP address, contact number, etc., it is determined that the actual purchaser is the same person or closely related to this person, and the total purchase quantity of multiple orders violates the purchase limit;
    3) Other situations that YayLion Mall believes were purchased through improper means or have evidence proving that the order is illegal.
