Refund and Return Policy
This product is sold with after-sales service in strict accordance with the “Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China”. The service content is as follows:
I. Return and Exchange Policy
1. Customers who purchase this product through the YayLion Mall or YayLion Enterprise Store on Tmall and Taobao Mall are entitled to a no-reason return policy within seven days of receipt. Upon return, customers must present valid proof of purchase and return the invoice. Customers must ensure that the returned product retains its original quality and function, is in good condition, and that all trademarks and labels on the product and accessories are complete and intact. Any free gifts must also be returned. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to human error, the packaging box is missing, or any parts are missing. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for orders from YayLion Mall and Youpin self-operated products; see “After-Sales Service Fee Standard” for fee schedules). If the customer has not settled the shipping costs, the actual amount incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers who purchase this product through Little Lion offline stores can choose to return it without reason within 7 days from the day after delivery, provided the product is intact, undamaged, and the packaging is unopened. Note: Little Lion offline stores only handle no-reason return requests for products sold in their own stores.
We will refund your payment within seven days of receiving the returned goods. The refund method is the same as the payment method. The exact arrival date may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.
2. Within seven days of the date the user signs for the product, if a non-human-caused performance failure occurs, the user can return the product after the Little Lion after-sales service center confirms the issue. The user must present a valid proof of purchase and return the invoice. Any gifts included must also be returned.
3. Within fifteen days from the day after the user signs for the package, if a non-human-caused performance failure occurs, and after confirmation by the Little Lion after-sales service center, a replacement will be processed for the user, replacing the entire set of goods. After the replacement, the warranty period for the product itself will be recalculated.
II. Warranty Policy
If a non-human-caused performance failure occurs 15 days after the user signs for the package, the Little Lion after-sales service center will process the repair service for the user after inspection and confirmation.

III. Non-Warranty Terms
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
1. Exceeding the warranty period;
2. No warranty card or invoice, or the information on the warranty card does not match the invoice;
3. Damage caused by human error;
4. Damage caused by force majeure;
5. Any damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or adjust in accordance with the requirements of the User Manual;
6. Malfunctions or damage caused by using this product beyond normal operating conditions;
7. Unauthorized disassembly or repair by personnel not officially authorized by Little Lion;
8. Maliciously damaging the warranty card content or product information, including blurring, tearing, or altering it;
9. Other malfunctions and damages not caused by problems in the product’s design, manufacturing, or quality;
IV. After-sales service fee standards

V. Return Guidelines
To request a return, please follow the steps below, starting from the day after you receive the goods and within the return period specified by YayLion.
1) Log in to the YayLion official online store;
2) Go to the “My Orders” page;
3) Click the “Apply for After-Sales Service” button on the right side of the item to be returned to initiate a return application.
We will review your return and refund request within 1 to 2 business days.
If you encounter any problems during the return process, you can follow the ” YayLion Smart Agent ” WeChat official account or contact online customer service for assistance.
*Refund processing times may be delayed during the promotion period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Refund time
1) If your order has not been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 business day. Once the refund request is approved, YayLion Mall will refund the amount to the original payment method.
2) If your order has already been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 to 2 business days. If the return request is approved and the returned goods meet the return standards after inspection, YayLion Mall will refund the money to the original payment method.
For installment payments via Alipay’s Huabei, China Merchants Bank’s installment plan, and JD.com’s BaiTiao, if no bill has been issued, the refund method is to restore the credit limit; no actual refund will be issued.
The refund processing times for other payment methods are as follows:
– Alipay (balance payment): 1 to 2 business days;
– WeChat (balance payment): 1 to 2 business days;
– Alipay (bank card payment): 2 to 7 business days, actual processing time depends on bank receipt of funds;
– WeChat (bank card payment): 2 to 7 business days, actual processing time depends on bank receipt of funds;
UnionPay payment: 2 to 7 business days, actual processing time depends on bank receipt;
– Transfer: 2 to 7 business days, subject to bank receipt of funds;
– China Merchants Bank installment payment: 2 to 7 business days, actual processing time depends on bank receipt of funds;
– Huabei installment payment: 2 to 7 business days, actual processing time depends on bank receipt of funds;
– JD Pay Later Installment: 2 to 7 business days, subject to bank receipt of funds.
Coupon and Lion Coin refund
Once the order refund is completed, the coupons and Lion Coins will be returned to the original payment method and can be used again within the validity period.
Add-on purchase
When an order containing add-on items needs to be returned and refunded, only the entire order can be refunded; partial refunds are not allowed.
