You need to register a YayLion account to log in to the YayLion online store. Please read the “YayLion Account Privacy Policy” carefully before using the YayLion account login function . Additionally, during your use of your YayLion account to log in to this platform, in order to associate your YayLion account with your actions on this platform, we will collect your YayLion account, mobile phone number, nickname, and profile picture to provide you with account login services and ensure account security. 2. Implement the necessary functions for online shopping.

(1) Display, browse and search

To help you quickly find the products you need, we may collect information about the device you use when using our products and/or services (including device model, operating system and YayLion Mall version information, language settings, mobile phone screen size and resolution, carrier information, network status information), browser type, and WiFi BSSID and SSID to provide you with the best way to display product information. When you browse the YayLion Mall, you can choose to comment on, add to cart, favorite, reserve, follow, share, or like products and content (and content creators) that interest you. Your nickname and interaction information (comments/likes) will be publicly displayed on the corresponding pages (such as live streams and Mi Circles).

Additionally, you can use the AI-powered product recommendation feature to help you find products you might need. (2) Place an order

When you are ready to checkout for the items in your shopping cart, the system will generate an order for those items. You will need to fill in at least your recipient’s name, shipping address, and mobile phone number in the order. The order will also include the order number, information about the goods or services you purchased, the amount due, and the payment method. You can also fill in the recipient’s landline phone number and email address to provide more contact information and ensure accurate delivery, but not filling in this information will not affect the generation of your order. To provide you with convenient receipt information management services, you agree that after logging into your Xiaoshi account, we can synchronously display the receipt information you filled in when logging into the same Xiaoshi account on other Xiaoshi platforms , so that you can use this receipt information to complete order operations. All the above information constitutes your “Order Information”. If the goods or services you purchase are operated directly by YayLion Mall, we will use your order information to help you realize your order-related services, including identity verification, transaction confirmation, payment settlement, delivery completion, displaying order details, and providing customer service and after-sales support. If the goods or services you purchase are provided directly by a third-party merchant, and the delivery, customer service, and after-sales service are provided by this merchant, we will provide your order information to this merchant for these purposes. If a third-party merchant entrusts YayLion Mall to provide the aforementioned delivery, customer service, and after-sales services, we will also use your order information to provide you with these services.

(3) Payment function

After you place your order, you can choose to pay through YayLion’s affiliates or third-party payment institutions that partner with YayLion (WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay, hereinafter collectively referred to as “payment institutions”). The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount with these payment institutions to enable them to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.

(4) Delivery of product or service functions

After you place an order and choose cash on delivery or complete payment online, the third-party delivery company partnered with YayLion Mall (hereinafter referred to as the “Delivery Company”) will deliver your order. You acknowledge and agree that the third-party delivery company partnered with YayLion Mall will use your order information in the above process to ensure that your ordered goods are delivered safely.

(5) Customer service and after-sales functions

Our telephone customer service and after-sales service will use your account and order information. To ensure your account security, our call center and online customer service will require you to provide necessary personal account information (such as your Little Lion account, mobile phone number, etc.) or use your personal account information to verify your identity. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales service related to your order information, we will check your order information. You may provide other information besides the above when communicating with our customer service personnel, such as when you request us to change the delivery address, contact person, or contact number . You can use your device’s IMEI or SN code to check and apply for after-sales service for your products.

If you do not provide this personal information, you can still shop online, but you may not be able to use these additional features that can enhance your shopping experience, or you may need to repeatedly fill in some information when purchasing certain items. These additional features include:

(1) Location-based additional functions: When you open the YayLion Mall homepage, we will collect your location information (we only collect your current geographical location, but will not combine your location information at different times to determine your whereabouts) to determine your location and automatically recommend products or services that you can buy in your area; to calculate whether there is regional inventory in your area; to show you the regional activities you can participate in; to calculate the distance between Mijia and after-sales service stores in your city; and to help you quickly select the current address when creating or modifying the address.

(2) Additional functions based on camera: You can use this additional function to scan, record video product reviews, record short video content, describe problems to customer service by taking photos/videos, and realize AR simulation functions.

(3) Additional functions based on image upload: You can upload images to the YayLion Mall to review products, describe problems to customer service through images, upload short video content, and upload images for intelligent design.

(4) Additional features based on address book information: We will collect your address book information so that you no longer need to manually enter the information of your contacts when shopping (for example, you can directly recharge the phone numbers in your address book).

(5) Microphone-based additional functions: You can use this additional function to record video product reviews, record short video content, and describe problems to customer service via video. In these functions, we will collect your voice information to identify your shopping needs or respond to your customer service and dispute resolution needs.

(6) Calendar-based additional functions: You can use this additional function to complete new product launches and pre-order purchases.

(7) Additional features based on floating window: You can watch the live broadcast in a floating window.

(8) WiFi-based additional features: We will determine whether to automatically play videos based on your WiFi status.

(9) Additional functionality based on clipboard (write): You can use this additional functionality to copy product, service order numbers or event links.

2. The aforementioned additional functions may require you to grant us access and write permissions to your device for your geolocation (location information), camera (webcam), photo album (photo library), microphone, contacts, and calendar, in order to collect and use the information involved in these functions. Please note that granting these permissions means you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. Deactivating these permissions means you revoke these authorizations, and we will no longer collect and use your personal information, nor will we be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to deactivate permissions will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

To more accurately display location-based product and service recommendations on the homepage, we use third-party location SDKs (such as Amap and Baidu Maps SDKs) for location services. Furthermore, to ensure better location accuracy, we initialize the SDK every time the app restarts to obtain precise location information . During each initialization, we collect IMSI, Android ID, MAC address, and geolocation information . 4. Participate in the activities

YayLion Mall occasionally launches marketing activities, such as lucky draws and online surveys, which you are free to participate in. If you participate, it means that you agree to our collection of information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to your YayLion account, nickname, profile picture, name, mailing address, contact number , and other information that may be collected in future activities.

YayLion Mall will offer long-term or short-term promotional activities. When you participate in these activities, you may need to submit additional information so we can determine your eligibility. For example,

(1) Mobile phone SIM cards or contract phones, top-up phone credit, and application for energy-saving subsidies. When you purchase mobile phone SIM cards or contract phones, top up phone credit, or apply for energy-saving subsidies on the YayLion Mall, you may also need to provide your real-name information in accordance with national laws and regulations or the requirements of the service provider (including basic telecommunications operators, mobile resale operators, etc.). (2) Whole House Customization. (3) Educational Discounts. When you are a student, you can participate in the certification to receive educational discounts. For this purpose, we need to collect the name of your institution, expected graduation date, and academic level . You can choose to certify via your educational email address, for which we will also collect your email address ; you can also choose to provide online certification from the China Higher Education Student Information System (CHESICC), for which we need you to provide the CHESICC online certification code. (1) When you use the service functions of YayLion Mall, in order to facilitate your application for after-sales service for your device and enjoy services such as installation, repair, battery, and protection, we will collect and use your YayLion account and query some Internet device information bound to your account after your authorization, including device name, encrypted Device ID (IMEI (Android Q and below) / OAID (Android Q and above) / Android ID), and display it when you use the service functions.

(2) When you use the mobile phone testing function in the YayLion Mall service, we will obtain your device information, location information, WLAN, Bluetooth, gravity sensor (accelerometer), gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and light sensor to test hardware functions, diagnose and repair mobile phone faults, and provide diagnostic reports. For basic information about the scope, purpose and method of our processing of personal information, please refer to the “Mobile Phone Testing Service Privacy Notice” .

(iii) You fully understand that we do not need to obtain your consent to collect or use your personal information in the following circumstances:
