1. Account Registration and Login

You need to register a YayLion account to log in to the YayLion online store. Please read the “YayLion Account Privacy Policy” carefully before using the YayLion account login function . Additionally, during your use of your YayLion account to log in to this platform, in order to associate your YayLion account with your actions on this platform, we will collect your YayLion account, mobile phone number, nickname, and profile picture to provide you with account login services and ensure account security. If you do not provide the above information, we will be unable to provide you with the service to log in to this platform.

2. Implement the necessary functions for online shopping.

(1) Display, browse and search

To help you quickly find the products you need, we may collect information about the device you use when using our products and/or services (including device model, operating system and YayLion Mall version information, language settings, mobile phone screen size and resolution, carrier information, network status information), browser type, and WiFi BSSID and SSID to provide you with the best way to display product information. We will also use your personal information mentioned above to continuously improve and optimize the above functions.

When you browse the YayLion Mall, you can choose to comment on, add to cart, favorite, reserve, follow, share, or like products and content (and content creators) that interest you. We will collect your activity records to achieve the aforementioned functions and other purposes that we have explicitly stated. Your nickname and interaction information (comments/likes) will be publicly displayed on the corresponding pages (such as live streams and Mi Circles).

You can also use search to precisely find the products or services you need. We will retain your search results to facilitate your re-entry or to show you products related to your search. Additionally, you can use the AI-powered product recommendation feature to help you find products you might need. Please note that your search keywords or the answers selected in the AI-powered product recommendation feature cannot identify you independently and are not considered your personal information. Only when your search keywords or AI-powered product recommendation answers are combined with other information (such as IMEI (Android Q and below)/OAID (Android Q and above)/UUID (collected only for iOS devices)) and can identify you, will we treat your search keyword information as your personal information during the period of combined use, and process and protect it along with your search history in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

(2) Place an order

When you are ready to checkout for the items in your shopping cart, the system will generate an order for those items. You will need to fill in at least your recipient’s name, shipping address, and mobile phone number in the order. The order will also include the order number, information about the goods or services you purchased, the amount due, and the payment method. You can also fill in the recipient’s landline phone number and email address to provide more contact information and ensure accurate delivery, but not filling in this information will not affect the generation of your order. To provide you with convenient receipt information management services, you agree that after logging into your Xiaoshi account, we can synchronously display the receipt information you filled in when logging into the same Xiaoshi account on other Xiaoshi platforms , so that you can use this receipt information to complete order operations. If you add, modify, or delete receipt information on this platform and the aforementioned other platforms, the operation results will be synchronized to all platforms to ensure unified management of receipt information under the same Xiaoshi account. When you purchase or use device protection service products (such as accidental damage protection, trade-in value, Micare), we also need to collect and use your device information (such as OAID (Android Q and above) / IMEI (Android below Q) / SN) to insure your corresponding device and provide service benefits.

All the above information constitutes your “Order Information”. If the goods or services you purchase are operated directly by YayLion Mall, we will use your order information to help you realize your order-related services, including identity verification, transaction confirmation, payment settlement, delivery completion, displaying order details, and providing customer service and after-sales support. If the goods or services you purchase are provided directly by a third-party merchant, and the delivery, customer service, and after-sales service are provided by this merchant, we will provide your order information to this merchant for these purposes. If a third-party merchant entrusts YayLion Mall to provide the aforementioned delivery, customer service, and after-sales services, we will also use your order information to provide you with these services.

(3) Payment function

After you place your order, you can choose to pay through YayLion’s affiliates or third-party payment institutions that partner with YayLion (WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay, hereinafter collectively referred to as “payment institutions”). The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount with these payment institutions to enable them to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.

(4) Delivery of product or service functions

After you place an order and choose cash on delivery or complete payment online, the third-party delivery company partnered with YayLion Mall (hereinafter referred to as the “Delivery Company”) will deliver your order. You acknowledge and agree that the third-party delivery company partnered with YayLion Mall will use your order information in the above process to ensure that your ordered goods are delivered safely.

(5) Customer service and after-sales functions

Our telephone customer service and after-sales service will use your account and order information. To ensure your account security, our call center and online customer service will require you to provide necessary personal account information (such as your Little Lion account, mobile phone number, etc.) or use your personal account information to verify your identity. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales service related to your order information, we will check your order information. You may provide other information besides the above when communicating with our customer service personnel, such as when you request us to change the delivery address, contact person, or contact number . You can use your device’s IMEI or SN code to check and apply for after-sales service for your products.

When you contact us or consult, complain, apply for after-sales service, or provide feedback on issues related to the use of our products/services, we may collect your communication content (such as your account information, product information, order information, service order information, payment information, logistics information, pictures/videos/text information you provide to prove relevant facts, and other relevant information you voluntarily provide, which may vary depending on the circumstances), communication records (including online chat logs, call recordings, and offline communication information), your contact information, and other information you provide to customer service personnel . To enhance system security when you use our products and/or services, and to more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and protect account security, we may assess your account risk by understanding your account information, browsing information , order information, your frequently used software information, device information, etc., and may record some links (“URLs”) that we deem risky. We will also collect your device information, including Device ID (generated based on MAC address, SIM card identifier, and Android ID), Shumei Device ID (generated on the mini-program based on Bluetooth information, location information, and WIFI list, and on the computer based on IP address and user behavior), IMEI (Android versions below Q), IDFA/IDFV (collected only for iOS devices), SN, client IP address, Bluetooth on/off status, and installed application list to combat unfair purchasing behaviors such as fraudulent transactions.

(ii) Circumstances in which you may choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information

1. To make your shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable, and thus enhance your online shopping experience at YayLion Mall, we may collect and use your personal information for the following additional features. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still shop online, but you may not be able to use these additional features that can enhance your shopping experience, or you may need to repeatedly fill in some information when purchasing certain items. These additional features include:

(1) Location-based additional functions: When you open the YayLion Mall homepage, we will collect your location information (we only collect your current geographical location, but will not combine your location information at different times to determine your whereabouts) to determine your location and automatically recommend products or services that you can buy in your area; to calculate whether there is regional inventory in your area; to show you the regional activities you can participate in; to calculate the distance between Mijia and after-sales service stores in your city; and to help you quickly select the current address when creating or modifying the address.

(2) Additional functions based on camera: You can use this additional function to scan, record video product reviews, record short video content, describe problems to customer service by taking photos/videos, and realize AR simulation functions.

(3) Additional functions based on image upload: You can upload images to the YayLion Mall to review products, describe problems to customer service through images, upload short video content, and upload images for intelligent design.

(4) Additional features based on address book information: We will collect your address book information so that you no longer need to manually enter the information of your contacts when shopping (for example, you can directly recharge the phone numbers in your address book).

(5) Microphone-based additional functions: You can use this additional function to record video product reviews, record short video content, and describe problems to customer service via video. In these functions, we will collect your voice information to identify your shopping needs or respond to your customer service and dispute resolution needs.

(6) Calendar-based additional functions: You can use this additional function to complete new product launches and pre-order purchases.

(7) Additional features based on floating window: You can watch the live broadcast in a floating window.

(8) WiFi-based additional features: We will determine whether to automatically play videos based on your WiFi status.

(9) Additional functionality based on clipboard (write): You can use this additional functionality to copy product, service order numbers or event links.

2. The aforementioned additional functions may require you to grant us access and write permissions to your device for your geolocation (location information), camera (webcam), photo album (photo library), microphone, contacts, and calendar, in order to collect and use the information involved in these functions. Please note that granting these permissions means you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. Deactivating these permissions means you revoke these authorizations, and we will no longer collect and use your personal information, nor will we be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to deactivate permissions will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

In addition, in (a) and (b), when your Android version is Q or below, we will collect your IMEI and request you to grant permission to read your phone status.

To provide you with personalized product recommendations and displays, we collect relevant data and use algorithms to show you products or services that may interest you; or to show you products you might find when you search. For this purpose, we may collect your browsing history, click history, search history, likes, additions to cart, transactions, followed and shared information, telecom operator, access date and time, device-related information (including device model, operating system version, device MAC address, device identifiers (such as IMEI (Android Q and below)/OAID (Android Q and above)/UUID (iOS devices only)), device environment, mobile application list), device location information (including GPS location, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station and other sensors), reviews, and content posted by users using Mi Circle. We may correlate the information collected from your various devices to provide you with consistent services across these devices. We may combine information from one service with information from other services to provide you with services, personalized content, and suggestions. To more accurately display location-based product and service recommendations on the homepage, we use third-party location SDKs (such as Amap and Baidu Maps SDKs) for location services. Furthermore, to ensure better location accuracy, we initialize the SDK every time the app restarts to obtain precise location information . During each initialization, we collect IMSI, Android ID, MAC address, and geolocation information . We reiterate our commitment that we will not combine the location information we obtain about you at different times to determine your whereabouts.

4. Participate in the activities

YayLion Mall occasionally launches marketing activities, such as lucky draws and online surveys, which you are free to participate in. If you participate, it means that you agree to our collection of information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to your YayLion account, nickname, profile picture, name, mailing address, contact number , and other information that may be collected in future activities.

We may send you marketing messages via SMS, phone, email, and push notifications. These services will only be provided with your consent and in accordance with applicable law. If you do not wish to receive marketing messages from us, you can unsubscribe or turn them off through the methods we provide. YayLion Mall will offer long-term or short-term promotional activities. When you participate in these activities, you may need to submit additional information so we can determine your eligibility. For example,

(1) Mobile phone SIM cards or contract phones, top-up phone credit, and application for energy-saving subsidies. When you purchase mobile phone SIM cards or contract phones, top up phone credit, or apply for energy-saving subsidies on the YayLion Mall, you may also need to provide your real-name information in accordance with national laws and regulations or the requirements of the service provider (including basic telecommunications operators, mobile resale operators, etc.). This real-name information may include your identity information (such as copies or numbers of your ID card, military officer’s certificate, work and residence permit, passport, driver’s license, etc.), your photo or video, name, and phone number .

(2) Whole House Customization. When you purchase whole house customization services, we will also collect your home address, name, telephone number, social media account (optional) to contact you for on-site appointment time and location, as well as your apartment type, home status, and purchase budget information to customize a solution for you.

(3) Educational Discounts. When you are a student, you can participate in the certification to receive educational discounts. For this purpose, we need to collect the name of your institution, expected graduation date, and academic level . You can choose to certify via your educational email address, for which we will also collect your email address ; you can also choose to provide online certification from the China Higher Education Student Information System (CHESICC), for which we need you to provide the CHESICC online certification code. If you are a college entrance examination student, you need to submit your college entrance examination admission ticket number and photo . To further verify your identity, we also need to conduct real-name verification for you, for which we will collect and use your name, ID number, and mobile phone number to avoid duplicate certification.

8. Service Functions

(1) When you use the service functions of YayLion Mall, in order to facilitate your application for after-sales service for your device and enjoy services such as installation, repair, battery, and protection, we will collect and use your YayLion account and query some Internet device information bound to your account after your authorization, including device name, encrypted Device ID (IMEI (Android Q and below) / OAID (Android Q and above) / Android ID), and display it when you use the service functions.

(2) When you use the mobile phone testing function in the YayLion Mall service, we will obtain your device information, location information, WLAN, Bluetooth, gravity sensor (accelerometer), gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and light sensor to test hardware functions, diagnose and repair mobile phone faults, and provide diagnostic reports. For basic information about the scope, purpose and method of our processing of personal information, please refer to the “Mobile Phone Testing Service Privacy Notice” .

(iii) You fully understand that we do not need to obtain your consent to collect or use your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. Those related to national security and defense security;

2. Those related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

3. Those related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

4. When it is necessary to protect the vital legitimate rights and interests of the data subject or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

5. The personal information collected is information that the individual has voluntarily disclosed to the public;

When you use YayLion’s trade-in or warranty services, we need to share your YayLion account and corresponding order information, device information (category, name, serial number), and user information (phone number, address, username) with the third-party partners providing the trade-in or warranty services to provide you with specific recycling and warranty services. Please carefully read the corresponding user agreement, terms of service, and frequently asked questions before engaging in trade-in or purchasing the aforementioned warranty service products.

You can protect your Xiaoshi account security by not disclosing your login password or account information to anyone (unless that person is officially authorized by you). You can set a unique password for Xiaoshi to prevent other websites from compromising your Xiaoshi account security. Never disclose any verification codes you receive to anyone (including those claiming to be Xiaoshi customer service). Whenever you log in to Xiaoshi as a Xiaoshi account user, especially on someone else’s computer or a public internet terminal, you should always log out at the end of the session.

When you leave the YayLion online store and browse or use other products or services provided by third parties, the privacy statement or related policies of those third parties will apply to any personal information you provide to them. Once you leave the YayLion online store, we have neither the ability nor the direct obligation to protect any personal information you provide to third parties. Little Lion is not liable for any security breaches resulting from your failure to maintain the privacy of your personal information, which could lead to access to your personal information by third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you should immediately notify us if any other internet user uses your account without authorization or if any other security breach occurs. (III) Retention Policy
